The service to be provided by Kara Francis Coaching LLC ("Coach") to Customer is coaching, which is not legal advice, financial advice, therapy, or consulting.

In the event either party needs to cancel a scheduled coaching session, that party shall provide the other at least twenty-four (24) hours advance written notice, except in cases of emergency, in which case, notice shall be provided as soon as practicable.

Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, no refunds will be provided for services previously rendered to Customer.

All information provided by Customer to Coach will be kept confidential, subject to the following exceptions: (1) Customer provides written direction and/or authorization for Coach to share information with a third party; (2) Customer or another individual is engaging in illegal activity; (3) If required by law or a legally binding court order; and/or (4) There is an imminent risk of harm to Customer or another individual.

In the event of any claim or grievance by Customer against Coach that is resolved in Customer's favor (whether by agreement, judicial determination, or otherwise), Customer's sole remedy shall be the return of the fees paid by Customer to Coach. Customer further acknowledges that Coach is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, fees, costs, or expenses that exceed the total amount of fees paid by Customer to Coach (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs).

Purchase of this product by Customer and acceptance of payment by Coach indicates each party's full understanding of and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
